25 year old Tommie Dixon will be approaching age 60 before he’s released from prison after being found guilty of attempted first degree intentional homicide in May. He was sentenced in Sheboygan County Circuit Court last Friday by Judge Rebecca Persick.
The case stems from 2024, when officers responding to a disturbance encountered Dixon who disarmed a female officer. Believing Dixon was going to shoot her, a second officer then shot Dixon several times.
Court records show a sentence of 35 years minus time already served, plus 15 years extended supervision.
