Wisconsin’s convenience store chain fell to fifth place in this year’s rankings from the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
Kwik Trip earned 79 of 100 possible points, tied with Murphy USA. The La Crosse-based chain dropped six points from it’s first place 2025 ranking, finishing behind Michigan based Meijer, Oklahoma based QuikTrip – that’s q-u-i-k, and Sheetz and WaWa, both based in Pennsylvania. It did edge out Buc-ee’s by two points.
The rankings are based on survey responses from 9,475 participants who rated experiences and described overall satisfaction with features like reward programs, product variety and store hours
