A teenager from Manitowoc is facing charges of sexual assault of a child under the age of 13.
Court documents filed last month order that 17 year old Rory Wilhelm undergo a competency evaluation prior to his next court date.
Wilhelm was released from jail on a $25,000 signature bond, and was ordered to have no contact with the victim. He’s due back in court on July 27th.
