I don’t know what I love more, the fact that Samuel Henderson sounds more like a bird than birds, or the fact that he KNOWS he sounds more like a bird than the birds he’s imitating.
This kid is ELECTRIC! And do you know how I know that? It’s not that he had that entire room captivated from the second he got to the American crow. It’s not that by the end of his program the crowd was exploding like he just hit a game winning 3 in the NBA Finals. The reason I know he’s electric is because I watched an entire 4 minute and 40 second video on YouTube. Do you know how compelling you have to be to make that happen? Watching an almost 5 minute YouTube video in its entirety in the year of our Lord 2026 is a borderline tall tale. Like as good as this video is, I know what your reaction was the second you opened this blog: “4:40????? Pass.” I almost feel bad that I’ve put you in a position to have to watch it, but it is that good.
So not only did Samuel Henderson knock this talent show out of the park, he also made me believe in the impossible. Watching a 5 minute video? What am I capable of next? Read a newspaper? Sit in a waiting room without turning on my phone?? Watch a game without also being on Twitter???
PS: I also love how he chucked he birds when he was done with them. “Yeah, I nailed that one.” *TOSS*
