A Sheboygan man has been arrested and is facing charges of exposing himself to a child and intimidating the child to keep the matter a secret.
74 year old Jeremy B Holtz is due back in court this week for preliminary and bond hearings. Holtz was arrested earlier this month on charges that he exposed himself to a young girl whom he had hired to clean his garage.
Holtz is in custody at Sheboygan County Detention Center, with bail set at $25,000. A status conference and setting of bail is scheduled today with a preliminary hearing scheduled for 3 PM on Wednesday. If convicted of the most serious charges, Holtz could spend up to 25 years in prison and fined up to $100,000 – or both.
