With bitter cold dominating the weather, the Sheboygan County Warming Center has taken steps to make sure nobody is without safe shelter.
The center usually stops taking clients by around 7:30 each night and keeps the doors closed until morning, however on Sunday the shelter said it was remaining open from 6 PM last evening until 7 AM Tuesday in order to support the homeless community.
The shelter also welcomed donations to help cover the extra costs, as it takes about $25 each hour to remain open. You can help by visiting https://scwarmingcenter.org.
