Griffin has a more than 25-year presence in the Sheboygan area, positively impacting industries ranging from plastics, consumer goods and food, to pharmaceutical and chemical operations. His emphasis has been on workforce and organizational development, with some workforce development projects under his watch valued anywhere from $10 million to $160+ million within Sheboygan County, and was part of the core leadership team to develop the $4.3 million Red Raider Manufacturing program in Sheboygan.
Griffin has also held roles with the United Way of Sheboygan County, the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce, Meals on Wheels and Inspire Wisconsin. He is also an active soccer coach for the Lakeshore United men’s teams and Sheboygan North Boys soccer program.
