The Brewers didn’t play in Milwaukee this weekend, but there was a home run at @AmFamField Oak Creek High School graduate @IzaacNeal takes a lap. @620wtmj “I decided I’d only be able to do this once and whatever the punishment, it would be worth it.” pic.twitter.com/cahJJEXYRz

Finally someone scored a run at Am Fam Field this year, amiright?? Ahhhhh. This is fun. We have fun.
Honestly a pretty memorable, harmless move. From what I understand no one went Dean Wormer on him after the ceremony ended, so no harm, no foul.
My random brain: I like to think of a guy 5 or 6 spots behind Izaac Neal contemplating doing the exact same thing. “Alright, it’s put up or shut up time. You’ve been a nobody your entire high school career. It’s time to do something memorable. Something that will go viral on Twitter. Something that Oak Creek High School will be talking about for YEARS. At our 40th reunion people are going to be coming up to me and saying, ‘remember when you ran the bases at Miller Park during graduation, classic!’ It’s your time to shine, it’s time to make people remember the name Tom Nelson!” Annnnd then Izaac Neal goes for it 5 spots ahead of him. Tom Nelson:

Scene.
PS: I will admit, if you ever find yourself on the dirt at Am Fam Field, the urge to do exactly what Izaac Neal did is almost irresistible. My wife and I did the ‘Sausage Run’ many years ago at Miller Park, and that 5K ended with a loop around the warning track dirt to finish the race. But you are literally FEET away from the actual bases and infield dirt when you get to the finish line. It crossed my mind, but the 1% chance I would get tackled by a security guard and tased was my deterrent. Izaac Neal has more guts than me.
