In the history of 'no doi' this might be the biggest 'no doi' of all time. If Culver's wasn't Wisconsin's favorite food chain then I wouldn't even know what to believe anymore. We've got a pandemic, we've got murder hornets, we've got a tropical storm hitting the state tomorrow, dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria. But Culver's being the state's favorite food chain has brought some much needed stability to our lives. Give me a double bacon deluxe with fries and curds and a peanut butter cup concrete mixer and allow me to slip into a food coma until 2021.
A few other things from this map:
– Dave & Buster's being Florida's favorite chain makes perfect sense.
– Conversely, Iowa having In-N-Out burger as their favorite chain makes ZERO sense considering there isn't a single In-N-Out in the state! I actually got excited to see that, thinking that maybe a chain had opened in a driveable distance. Two burger chains that I hear a lot about, but have never had, are In-N-Out and Whataburger. Well after seeing that graphic on Iowa, I went to In-N-Out burger's website and found nothing even close to Iowa on their location map. They only exist in California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. Are Iowans so bored that they're driving to Utah for a food chain fix?
– Sbarro in New York:
– I can't think about Chuck E Cheese without remembering the conspiracy theory we
blogged about last year
that they reuse the pizza slices that people leave behind. Most plausible/disgusting theory I've ever read.
PS: Shout out New Jersey. Boston Market's are WAY underrated. :35 mark:
Preach.
