A Sheboygan chiropractor accused in a child pornography case is out on bond after posting $1,750,000 in bail. According to court records, Casimer S Kobylinski has pleaded not guilty to more than 40 felony charges spanning 3 separate cases, including one out of Sheboygan County. The rest of the charges were filed in Milwaukee County.
As a condition of bail, the court ordered 24 hour GPS monitoring—and requires the 71 year old to remain inside his house.
