The field is down to eight in the Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin contest, as Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce and BMO announced the Top 8 products in the annual competition. Those advancing after winning head-to-head matchups in the Manufacturing Madness tournament will now be reduced to 4.
More than 100 Wisconsin-made products were nominated this year. Organizers say the contest highlights the state’s manufacturing industry, which supports nearly 500,000 jobs and generates more than $73 billion in economic impact. Voting will continue as the field is narrowed toward the championship round.
