Abnormally Dry Conditions Abate; Sheboygan County Experiencing Normal Conditions

The National Drought Monitor reports that soil moisture conditions throughout Sheboygan County have returned to normal.

While in terms of agriculture soil moisture remains somewhat below average, the county is no longer experiencing abnormally dry conditions, and longer-range forecasts indicate no trends outside the normal.
