US Coast Guard Station Sheboygan has a new officer in charge. A changing of the guard ceremony was held on Friday, attended by Sheboygan Mayor Ryan Sorenson among others.
Sorenson posted on his social media his thanks to outgoing BMCS, Josh Fennell for his service and welcomed the base’s newest commander, Donald Hamilton to the position. Hamilton will be in charge of around 15 enlisted personnel and several reserves while coordinating with some 30 Coast Guard Auxiliary members.
