The names “Trash Gordon”, “Bin Diesel” and “Sweeping Beauty” have already been conferred upon several of Sheboygan’s Department of Public Works Vehicles. The names were bestowed during 2025’s “Name That Truck” competition, and the contest is back for another round of groan-worthy nominations.
The DPW announced the return of the contest in hopes of gathering the funniest, most creative, ironic, or even zany name nominations for Sheboygan’s fleet of hard-working vehicles.
Nominations can be made by visiting here and completing the online form. The deadline for submissions is July 31st.
