Dog just wants his spot on the sofa back during NFL Draft.

WHAT A GOOD BOY! OHHHH SUCH A GOOD BOY*!

You know what I love more than the instant move to the couch the second his guy stood up? The general annoyance on his face for the first 30 seconds of this video. I’m sure he was excited when all of those people came over initially, but the longer they stayed, the more agitated our doggo got. “How long are these people going to be here?? I already missed my mid-morning nap and now we’re getting close to early afternoon-nap and nobody has left and everyone is sitting on my spot on the couch. Farting on my spot! Get drafted already so we can move on with our day! I don’t even want to think about if I’m going to get my afternoon walk….”

Then the second this kid gets drafted it’s, “OPE, excuse me, excuse me, I’m just gonna scootch on up there….little help mom….okay PLOP.”

Gave the obligatory tail wags when everyone got excited and then finally had a chance to get comfortable for the first time that day. Dogs, the best!

*Entirely possible that this is a girl-dog, except that my brain thinks that all dogs are boys. All dogs are boys and all cats are girls.

PS: Great bow tie on this pupper as well. He (?) had to know it was a big day when they put that on his collar.
