Drug Take Back Day
People are reminded that Sheboygan County Prescription Drug Take Back Day is tomorrow. Healthy Sheboygan County along with the Wisconsin Department of Justice and the Drug Enforcement Administration will operate four drive-through drop-off locations between 10 AM and 1 PM Saturday. Those will be at Generations in Plymouth; the Random Lake Fire Department; at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, and at the Sheboygan Falls Police Department.
The collection involves household pharmaceuticals only and is for residents only with no businesses allowed. Both solid and liquid controlled and non-controlled prescriptions are accepted and should be in their original containers with personal information crossed off. Hazardous materials including needles, sharps, illegal drugs and aerosols are excluded from the collection.
