The process of revising Sheboygan’s Zoning Codes continues when the Sheboygan Common Council meets at 6 O’clock this evening. The revisions have been the subject of vigorous discussion and public hearings over the past several months, with the Committee of the Whole most recently recommending the draft document for more discussion and possible action to be taken by the new Common Council when it holds its first meeting following installation of new members.
Many revisions still being reviewed concern Auxiliary Housing Units, along with language defining allowable home occupations within several housing districts.
