Light snow fell on the area as expected on Tuesday, fulfilling predictions of slippery roads during the evening commute. But even as roads became at least partially covered, few problems were noted. After snow ends, the light, its fluffy nature combined with northwest breezes will likely sustain slippery roads overnight, especially if untreated.
