A 29-year-old Sheboygan Falls man is in jail on charges that he sent intimate photos of himself to a 15-year-old child residing in Texas.
The Sheboygan County District Attorney’s Office contacted Lone Star, Texas Police in November in order to locate and interview the victim. They determined that Marcus Polster of Sheboygan Falls had allegedly sent the inappropriate photos and text messages through the Xbox gaming system. The victim also disclosed that more victims may have been contacted by Polster.
The Lone Star Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for child grooming and online solicitation of a minor for Polster, who now also faces five felony charges in Sheboygan County Circuit Court related to exposing himself and causing a child to view the pictures.
Polster has pleaded not guilty to the charges. Bond was set at $150,000 and he is scheduled for a pre-trial conference on January 20th.
