The Sheboygan Area Credit Union is promoting Lois Pluff to replace Robert Walleser as its new President and Chief Operating Officer. Walleser announced his retirement after serving nine years in that office, while Pluff moves up from her position as Executive Vice President, having begun in 2019 as VP of Lending and Operations. All told, Pluff has more than 26 years honing her skills in mortgage and consumer lending, risk management, product development, operations, and regulatory compliance.
Outgoing President and CEO Walleser said that “Lois Pluff brings significant experience with a commitment to our mission to provide efficient, progressive financial services and products to our members.”, and that “I am confident that the credit union will continue to grow and prosper with her as our new CEO.”
The SACU, which is observing 70 years as a not-for-profit, member-owned organization, also extended its “…deepest gratitude to Robert Walleser. He has been instrumental in guiding Sheboygan Area (Credit Union) to its current success and wish him the best in his retirement.”
