The highest concentrations, mapped by census tract, are located generally in the Town of Holland, the Plymouth area, and surrounding the City of Sheboygan including Sheboygan Falls, Kohler and some townships. All those experienced between 10 and 50 cases per 100,000 persons – the standard measure used in generating the map. Lesser concentrations of between 10 and 50 per 100,000 were scattered throughout the county with many tracts having no reports of COVID-19.
