The song is about a teenager disobeying his parents and getting up to things that teenagers do. The video features a CGI teenager complaining about his father asking him to do chores and his escape to do what he wants instead. The video was very advanced for the time.
This is the first and only video Def Leppard shot as a four piece. Steve Clark had passed away the year before and guitarist Vivian Campbell hadn't been added to the lineup yet.
