Rare Brown Bear fight captured in crystal clear HD. WILD fight.

Good LORD. I can count on one hand the amount of videos on Twitter that I’ve watched that are longer than 2 minutes. This is one of them. Also, before we move forward:

Anyway, I was on the edge of my broken Office Max DJ seat watching this when I got in this morning. The perspective and the video quality are INSANE. I don’t think I took a breath for 3 straight minutes, I can’t begin to fathom what these guys were experiencing who actually had the chance to film it.

And let’s talk about those guys for a second. PERFECT commentary. Added to the fight with their obvious knowledge of Brown Bear culture (loved the end of the fight where the lead guy described how a fight ends with one bear’s head down as a concession, and the victorious bear walking away), were silent for long stretches to let the fight speak for itself, they couldn’t have been better. All in all, one of those rare internet videos that is almost 10 minutes but doesn’t feel like it. Great content, Insane Reality Leaks.

PS: Not that I would EVER think a human has a chance in a fight against a bear, but this video showcases pretty well the incredible strength and power. They’d rip apart a human being like a piece of Play-Doh. That’s why I always carry around the #1 bear deterrent if I’m ever in the woods:

Double PS: Would love to know what this fight was about. Do we think the younger bear took the older bear’s daughter out on a date and didn’t call her? Young bear took the old bear’s parking spot too many times? Probably something small like that. It always is.
