The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office is asking those in east-central Wisconsin to help trace locations where two persons of interest may have been staying while crimes were committed.
Javier Romero and Haley Romero allegedly made numerous burglaries of car wash businesses in Manitowoc and surrounding counties. It’s believed that they may have stayed at different hotels within each of these jurisdictions during the times of the burglaries.
