Don’t like this, LOVE this. Did you get your Packer stock yesterday?? Are you still in a virtual line right now??? I purchased my stonk back in 2011 when it was $250 (can I trade that in now for a $50 profit?), so I wasn’t going crazy trying to buy a second piece of parchment paper yesterday. But I know a LOT of people that were. My brother in law, Tony, a DIEHARD Cowboys fan, was even sitting in a virtual waiting room for 8 hours to become part owner of the team that owns his favorite team. Wild.
So after I saw this tweet, I did a little deep dive into AJ Dillon’s Twitter history. Turns out this guy LOVES Door County. Like LOVES it. He tweets about it almost weekly. So much that they gave him the key to the county yesterday:
I got the key! 😁😁😁 I love Door County @mydoorcounty pic.twitter.com/YCm5FRNq4k

What a day. Packers stockholder and the key to Door County. If he opened up a Culver’s/Kwik Trip franchise today he would be able to take the crown as King of Wisconsin away from Charlie Berens. Ope!
Related: The Aaron Jones MCL injury seems like it’s going to only be a 3 week injury. Miss this week, next week, come back after the bye week. Best case scenario.
PS: The ‘how dumb is it to spend $300 for a worthless piece of paper??’ crowd was out in FORCE on Twitter yesterday as well. Hey, dummies, let us have our fun. Just because the Packers have a unique story and win all of the time doesn’t mean you need to be a bunch of jerks on Twitter about a stock sale. Costs you nothing to mind ya business.
Double PS: Fun Fact: I have been a stockholder for 10 years and never gone to any of the shareholder meetings. Are they fun? Do you get anything?? I guess I just stay away because I’ve seen how toxic a meddling owner can be for a sports franchise.
