Blind Horse, the Winery and Restaurant begun in Kohler in 2012, is expanding its “Eat-Drink-Live” style of hospitality to Cedarburg beginning today.
“The Blind Horse Cellar – Cedarburg” recreates the Napa Valley-inspired wine experience of the main Kohler venue on a petite “cellar” scale in the heart of that popular city’s boutique downtown district. The location is on Washington Avenue bordering Cedar Creek, across from the Cedarburg Art Museum in an 1840s building where rustic elements were blended to complete the Blind Horse experience.
The 1,800 square foot wine destination is Blind Horse’s second location, and will showcase the entire portfolio of Blind Horse Wines, with more than 20 vintages including many award-winners. Offered along with those is a selection of chef-curated foods including flatbreads, lobster cargot, lobster rolls, tuna ceviche, paninis, and build-your-own blini.
