The Wisconsin DOT has officially put the wraps on the Highway 28 reconstruction project, and attention will concentrate on finishing Highway 32 between Cedar Grove and Sheboygan Falls.
The stretch from Highway “V” southward to Cedar Grove has had the new pavement and markings finished, leaving only that portion between “V” and Sheboygan Falls still closed. Asphalt will be laid from “V” to Highway 28 this week and guardrail installation will be done as well, with the entire project expected to wrap up by the end of this month.
Minor repairs to cable guards on I-43 between Weeden Creek and Wilson-Lima Roads will also take place this Thursday and Friday between 7AM and 3 PM daily, with flag crews controlling traffic flow.
