The Sheboygan man arrested after a shooting at a bar on Michigan Avenue in July is due in Sheboygan County Court for his preliminary hearing this week.
32-year-old Jalen Ringel is expected to appear before before Judge Angela Sutkiewicz on a charge of attempted first degree intentional homicide. Police say Ringel fled after the shooting, which sent the 27-year-old man he shot to the hospital.
Rangel is facing 6 felony charges that could mean more than 60 years in prison if he’s convicted.
