The City of Sheboygan is dealing with an ongoing interruption of operations centered around their network, one that has hampered the ability to do business as usual, and disabled many important operations in the digital realm.
Assistant to the Mayor and Communication Specialist, Veronica Valdez, said that upon learning of the potential issue the City “…immediately engaged external experts to isolate our network and prioritize solutions in efforts to restore functionality as quickly as possible.”
Valdez asserted that the City phone lines remain open for those needing access to assistance or city services, and the primary number to call is 920-459-4000.
