I-43 Northbound at Highway 42 had to be shut down for a time on Saturday morning after a rollover crash near County Line Road.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department says they responded shortly before 7a.m. on Saturday. When they arrived at the site of the accident, the driver involved in the crash had already fled the scene, but a passenger remained. The driver was later arrested in Brown County on unknown charges. Flight For Life had been paged out, which is protocol for a rollover crash, but the passenger was up and walking around when emergency crews arrived.
