The Sheboygan Police Department has released the name of the person who was found in Lake Michigan on July 18th. He was identified as Clifford Cieslewicz, a 54-year-old man from Wrightstown, Wisconsin. Cieslewicz was surfing in Lake Michigan that morning, and was found unresponsive floating with his surfboard still attached by a passerby who pulled him from the waters off Blue Harbor Resort.
