The deaths of two persons in the Town of Rhine in northwestern Sheboygan County was reported early Friday afternoon by the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office.
The release by Captain Matt Spence indicated that a call was received at the Sheboygan County Emergency Communications Center reporting the deaths of two individuals at a residence on Little Elkhart Lake Road. The Sheriff’s Office along with Elkhart Lake First Responders, Glenbeulah First Responders and Orange Cross Ambulance arrived at the scene to find the two subjects deceased.
While the investigation is ongoing and only limited information is being released at this time, the Sheriff’s Office was able to share that the incident was contained to the residence, and there was no ongoing threat to the safety of the community.
The identity of those involved is being withheld pending proper notification of family members.
