CINCINNATI, OH (WHBL) – The Milwaukee Brewers winning streak is up to five games after a 5-1 win over the Reds in Cincinnati on Tuesday night.
Avisail Garcia hit his 12th homer of the season for the Crew. He finished with two hits and two RBIs. Travis Shaw had a two-run double.
Adrian Houser pitched 5 1/3 innings to pick up the win. He gave up one run on five hits with four strikeouts. Brent Suter, Brad Boxberger, Devin Williams and Hoby Milner pitched scoreless innings in relief.
The Brewers, now 34-26, will face the Reds again Wednesday night. Brett Anderson will start for Milwaukee. Pregame coverage on WHBL begins at 5:35.
