SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – Drivers on Sheboygan’s south side will need to change habits when using South 14th Street between Georgia and Broadway Avenues, as the Sheboygan Common Council gave approval to changes on Monday night.
City Engineer Ryan Sazama announced that effective on Thursday, May 20th, South 14th Street will become a two-way street. That stretch had long been northbound-only. But those accustomed to getting onto Georgia Avenue at that intersection will have to find another way.
Effective Thursday, you can get onto 14th from Georgia, but you can’t get onto Georgia from 14th Street. And as South 13th is a southbound one-way in that area, the nearest northbound access to Georgia Avenue will be to use Clara Avenue to South 12th Street.
