SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – A Sheboygan man is scheduled to be sentenced on first degree reckless homicide charges after entering a no-contest plea in Sheboygan County Court this week. Mason Bilbrey was charged after police were called to a home on Broadway Street in Sheboygan Falls last May for a 21 year old man who had died.
The criminal complaint says investigators searched the apartment and found drug paraphernalia and some pot brownies. A toxicology report revealed that the victim had cocaine and fentanyl in his blood.
Investigators learned that Bilbrey was a dealer, the victim had been living with him at the time, and that he wasn’t worried about the death, but that he was going to get arrested.
Bilbrey could be sentenced to 40 years in prison – his sentencing date is scheduled for April 26
