SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – Sheboygan’s Farnsworth, Horace Mann, and Urban Middle Schools, along with North and South High Schools, are returning to something closer to normal today as students who were attending under a hybrid model are back in the classroom four days a week.
Classes had been meeting in cohorts with plenty of virtual learning at home while bringing the spread of COVID-19 under control.
While the pandemic isn’t over, it’s hoped that the isolation, and the disrupted learning that it caused, is becoming a thing of the past for many, if not all students.
There are still some that have committed to a virtual-only learning model for the remainder of the second semester.
Wednesdays will remain what’s called an “asynchronous learning day” so teachers will have time to work with those virtual students.
