Two Repeat Drunk Drivers Going to Prison

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A couple of Sheboygan area men are going to prison for repeat drunk driving.  33 year old Seth Ingels, of Plymouth, was arrested for OWI for the 8^th time last December after driving into a parking lot in the city of Plymouth with one tire missing.  He was sentenced recently to 3 and a-half years in prison.  And, 36 year old Patrick Hupf of Sheboygan will spend two years in prison for his 5^th offense.  He was arrested in the city of Sheboygan last October driving a stolen van.
