BARRY COUNTY, MI (WKZO) -- A Hastings man is dead after a weekend motorcycle crash. Barry County Deputies say that Robin Lewis was riding his bike south on M-37 when he failed to notice that the Mini-van in front of him had slowed at the intersection of Fairview Drive in Rutland Township to make a left turn. It happened at about 7PM Saturday. The 51-year old motorcyclist slammed into the back of the van, he was thrown to the pavement and died at the scene. The driver of the mini-van was not hurt.
