JACKSON COUNTY, MI (WKZO) -- A drug suspect charged with stealing a patrol car is being held on $100-thousand dollars bond, after he led police on a high speed chase and then wrecked the cruiser near the Ohio Border.   Thirty-four-year-old Ryan Elliot Cunningham was initially arrested for allegedly pointing a gun at an officer in at hotel in Blackman-Leoni, Michigan, just outside Jackson, where meth lab components were found.  

He was put in the back seat of a cruiser, but managed to break thru the cage that separates the back seat from the front seat, and the chase was on.  Cunningham was treated for a drug related seizure after crashing the cruiser.  He has a history of drug crimes.
