Sheboygan, Wis. (WHBL) - A Greenbush man charged with murder in Sheboygan County Court will stand trial. The courtroom was packed during a preliminary hearing Wednesday afternoon with family and friends of Jason TenPas - the 31 year old who was allegedly gunned down last Tuesday night by 63 year old Frank Hvisdak of Greenbush. After hearing testimony from 3 witnesses - including one of TenPas’ friends who says he saw Hvisdak shoot TenPas - Judge Terrence Bourke decided there was enough evidence for a trial. Hvisdak’s attorney again asked that his bond amount be lowered, as Hvisdak is suffering from numerous medical problems. But Bourke ruled his bail be kept at $750,000. A trial has not yet been set, and Hvisdak will await his trial in the county jail.
