Sheboygan,Wis.(WHBL) -  A Waldo man is facing charges of burglary and bail jumping after he was caught red-handed burglarizing an apartment in the village of Cedar Grove last Sunday.   22 year old Andrew Feider was formally charged yesterday in Sheboygan County Court.  Deputies were called to the apartment by a man who was checking on it for his brother who was in Florida.  When deputies arrived they could hear chiseling and other noises inside.  According to the criminal complaint, they located Feider hiding in a utility room and located two floor safes that he was trying to chisel his way into.  Feider is currently free on bail from two earlier court appearances on drug and disorderly conduct charges.  He’s facing up to 25 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
