Cleaner Audio of new Metallica and charity concert announcements

A 10-camera mix of the fan-filmed videos of Metallica’s the "The Lords Of Summer" performance from Bogota on Sunday night, with re-mastered audio has been posted online.

Meanwhile Metallica will perform at the “MusiCares MAP Fund” benefit concert in Los Angeles on May 12th. Ozzy Osbourne will be honored with the Stevie Ray Vaughan Award for his for his commitment to helping other addicts with the addiction recovery process.  It was previously announced that Ozzy will also be performing at the show with his solo band along with Slash.

Metallica released a statement that said: "We are so proud to be a part of the tenth annual MusiCares MAP Fund benefit concert as our dear friend Ozzy Osbourne is presented with the Stevie Ray Vaughan Award on Monday, May 12 in Los Angeles. It's no secret that Ozzy has been a major presence throughout our entire lives and we are so humbled and honored to be with Ozzy for this special evening.”

In other charity Metallica related concert news James Hetfield will join, Sammy Hagar, Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong, Joe Satriani and Nancy Wilson from Heart for the first annual "Acoustic-4-A-Cure" concert on May 15 at the Fillmore in San Francisco.
