How Many Plastic Surgeries?!!

So I read she isn't smoking what we're led to believe she's smoking.  But after a total of 739 plastic surgeries, you MIGHT need SOMETHING to help calm you down.  (Joan Rivers recently revealed how many plastic surgery operations she's had...yeah...739!!!)
